On the 28th of November, 12:00 - 14:00 CEST our esignature and trust service provider (TSP) IDnow QTSP, will undergo a scheduled maintenance.

Customers using our signing products VideoIdent eSign, AutoIdent AML and AutoIdent eSign may experience service disruption during the aforementioned time period.
All other IDnow services, namely VideoIdent and AutoIdent will be fully operational and function as expected.
