Dear Customer,
In order to further remedy the root cause of last outage of the network connectivity, our Datacenter provider has informed us, that they will perform a maintenance and restart the loadbalancers on 27-05-2020 between at 02:00 AM and 03:00 AM.

This will results into a short downtime (could last from few seconds to few minutes) of the applications for some time during that hour.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the short-term nature of this change to improve the service for future.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Ident Centers (Ident Center Munich) and IDnow Solutions (Video-Ident, eSigning QES, eSigning AES, API, AutoIdent).
