We would like to inform you that one of our eID technology partners Authada will undergo scheduled maintenance.
IDnow customers using the Authada integration for eID will experience increased latency or short interruptions of the IDnow eID service.

The primary eID technology provider Governikus meanwhile is not affected and will continue to operate as normal.
VideoIdent & eSign as well as AutoIdent will continue to operate as usual.
