Dear Customer,

on the aforementioned timeframe, we will apply modifications to our internal Servicehandling for the currently ongoing API Performance problems.

The change will not require any changes on your current API endpoint configurations, since it will be changed transparently from your perspective.

During the change, it is possible that established connection can be reset, because the connections will be routed to a different Machine to handle the requests.

We are hopeful that this modification will resolve the current performance problems some customer see.
