Dear customer,

On the 15th of April 2025, 05:00 - 08:00 CEST, our esignature and trust service provider IDnow Trust Services AB will undergo a scheduled maintenance.

Customers using our signing products eSign and AutoIdent eSign may experience service disruption during the aforementioned time period.

All other IDnow services, namely VideoIdent and AutoIdent will be fully operational and function as expected.
