On the 15th of October 2024, 08:00 - 09:00, our esignature and trust service provider (TSP) Namirial S.p.A. will undergo a scheduled maintenance.

Customers using our signing products eSign and AutoIdent eSign may experience service disruption during the aforementioned time period.
All other IDnow services, namely VideoIdent and AutoIdent will be fully operational and function as expected.
