Webhook certificate replacement for TEST system

During this maintenance window, we will deploy new webhook certificates for the following common names: gateway.test.idnow.de

This change will not require any downtime, and service availability and performance will not be affected.

Please note that the next scheduled webhook certificate replacement will take place in March 2027, in accordance with the shorter certificate validity periods defined by the current TLS Baseline Requirements.
